Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable distributed systems, leveraging architectural best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce guidance, proof of concepts, and production implementations using standard patterns and methodologies.
• Convert business problems into innovative solutions and proposals, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Engage in business development activities, including building and maintaining client relationships.
• Prioritize and integrate security measures into system design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and alignment.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

Skills:

• Extensive expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks with Solid understanding of design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Previous experience in software development for distributed systems and building large-scale enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing RESTful API microservices for seamless integration.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies, version control systems (e.g., GitLab), and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• High level of flexibility and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and driving successful project outcomes.
• Additional Preferred Skills Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database, and functional designs.
• Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and high and low-level design. Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, log analytics, and APM tools.
• Previous experience with Observability tools such as Prometheus, New Relic, Datadog or AppDynamics.
